Our Story
Horizons Projects with the Community is a non-for-profit organization, founded in 1994 in Bogotá, Colombia.
After 25 years of extensive work and recognition for our approach, methodologies and results, we decided to open operations in Australia, since part of the leadership and advisory team reside here and we see great opportunities to contribute to the community in this country.

Support Coordination services are launched as a registered NDIS provider, offering comprehensive support — especially in Spanish — to participants with disabilities, with a culturally safe and person-centred approach.

Work begins as Multipliers for the Colombia Nos Une Program, facilitating in-person and virtual workshops on integration, employability, culture, and identity, strengthening the bond with Colombian nationals abroad.

The Mentores program is launched — a series of free webinars providing key information on migration, labor rights, mental health, degree recognition, and more, aimed at empowering the Latin community in Australia.
